My work in print
In the summer of 2019, I worked alongside the Marketing Director to redesign the Sunday Bulletin for St. Ignatius. It hadn't been refreshed in 8+ years!
We were looking for something cleaner, minimal, easier to read, and overall more intentional. To declutter the cover, we moved static information to the interior of the bulletin (Mass and confession times, office hours, contact information) and used the cover page for beautiful interior photography that can be changed with the liturgical season.
For the interior of the bulletin, we selected sans serif fonts with a splash of teal to draw the eye to important information (headers, bolded text such as dates, times, email addresses, etc.). For Spanish announcements, we used light grey boxes behind the text.
Finally, for a personal touch, we added the pastor's signature to his weekly column.

St. Ignatius Martyr Catholic Church had custom stained-glass windows installed in the spring of 2022. They were designed by William Frank and installed by Emil Frei & Associates.
On October 17, 2022, the parish hosted a beautiful window blessing ceremony. The artist was invited to give a talk on his design process and Bishop Joe Vásquez blessed the windows.

The Ministry Guidebook for St. Ignatius Martyr was recreated to replace the previous format, which listed brief descriptions and contact information for all ministries along with a phone directory of active parishioners who opted in.
The new format includes a letter from the Pastor, a list of important annual dates and liturgies, descriptions and contact information for all ministries, plus deadline information for Mass and bulletin announcements.
The Ministry Guidebook is updated and printed annually for the Stewardship Ministry Fair.

In 2018, I launched my photographic print shop. I printed photos of religious imagery, as well as bookmarks. I sold my items online and at the Catholic Women's Conference.
